Christmas in Marpole Village
The Marpole Business Association is continuing with the tradition of celebrating the holidays with our thirteenth annual Christmas in Marpole Village. This event is a month-long celebration of the holidays in Marpole, one which involves the entire community.
Festive winter-themed street banners are on display. Christmas lights are glowing in the street trees, and white lights twinkle on the lamp-posts. Santa Claus and the sound of strolling carolers and music will all contribute to a beautiful, holiday-inspired environment.

Holiday Caroling & Music
The Marpole BIA is pleased to have engaged the festive sounds of the Fandango Quartet again this year. The ladies will provide their wonderful & melodic holiday caroling along Granville St. on the Saturdays in December.
The jolly gentlemen of Santa’s Brass will also return to Granville St, playing seasonal tunes on all the Saturdays in December as well.

Santa Stroll
Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will make a special appearance in Marpole on Saturday, December 23, 2017!
Between 12 noon and 3 PM, Santa will stroll Granville Street, stopping in shops and handing out candy canes. He may also take gift requests, but only if you’ve been nice!
Seasonal Lighting
The Marpole BIA has added some light strings to the street trees along Granville Street last year, making the
seasonal display even brighter.
