Four single-family lots on West 64th Avenue near Cambie and Marine Drive will be consolidated to make way for an apartment building. RH Architects Inc. has applied for a development permit application for the property, now known as 455 West 64th Avenue, to develop a four-storey, 43-unit building with 54 underground parking spaces. The building’s exterior will be clad in white brick, and the units will all have patios, balconies — or in the case of the penthouses — large partially-covered outdoor spaces.
