Another new market rental housing project has been proposed for the Marpole neighbourhood in Vancouver.
The redevelopment will replace a 1969-built, three-storey building with 36 units at 1325 West 70th Avenue.
A rezoning application submitted by Matthew Cheng Architect calls for a new 63-ft-tall, six-storey building with 65 secured market rental homes, with a unit mix of four studio units, 37 one-bedroom units, 17 two-bedroom units, and seven three-bedroom units.
